Ely M. Chait is a graduate of Florida International University and received his M. B. A. from the University of Miami School of Business.  He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.  After interning in the Family Law Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County, he clerked in both the Criminal Law Division and the Special Civil Law Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County.

Mr. Chait is a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve JAG (Judge Advocate Generals) Corps. And as such participates in all aspects of military law.
